I started this database to help Marshall students get in touch with each other, and to help reunion committees keep track of their classmates. It has come to my attention that the public posting of some of this information may, in fact, be illegal unless each person authorizes me to make it available. Therefore I have implemented these terms of service and release form, which MUST be accepted in order to gain access to the information in the database.
I am not responsible for the contents of this website. The data is only as good as what people enter. None of the data is guaranteed to be accurate, and, in fact, some of it may be completely ficticious, depending on who entered it. I'm not here to play internet cop and keep mean people from entering stupid stuff into the database. If you see something that you think was put there as a joke, please email me at webmaster at marshallclassmates dot com.
This site is intended to bring school friends together and not to verify that these people actually graduated from the listed schools. Actual attendance and graduation of listed people are not verified. In fact, people from other high schools can register, but it won't do them any good.
It's not necessary for you to have actually graduated from Marshall. As long as you attended Marshall for any period of time, you're welcome to sign up here.

MarshallClassmates.COM will never willfully disclose information about its registered alumni to any third party other than registered alumni and reunion planners in accordance with the objectives of our service. Please acknowledge this release form to continue.
I hereby authorize MarshallClassmates.COM to post the following information on the internet, depending on the person viewing the information:
Guests:First, last, and married name
Graduation year
Yearbook picture, and any INFO I've entered into my profile.
Registered Alumni:
All of the above plus the city and state in which I live.
Reunion Committee Members:
All other contact information that is available, including, but not limited to, email address, web page address, mailing address, phone number, zip code, work address, work phone number, etc.
